Each class is a slow, intentional journey through body and breath. Rooted in somatic awareness, we begin by gently arriving into sensation — allowing the pace of daily life to fall away.
From here, the practice unfolds through:

A monthly evening to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
We begin with a candlelit yin yoga practice, inviting the body into stillness through long, supported shapes. This is a space to gently release tension, settle the nervous system, and arrive fully in the present moment.
From here, we transition outdoors into the warmth of the sauna, followed by the option of a cold plunge beneath the yew trees — a deeply invigorating ritual to awaken the senses and restore balance.
The contrast of heat and cold, stillness and sensation, offers a powerful reset for both body and mind.
