About Me
I’m Jordana — a kitchen gardener, herbalist in training, and yoga teacher passionate about growing food, crafting medicine, and creating space for deep rest and reconnection.
I’m currently studying full-time for a degree in clinical herbalism and have just completed my first year. During term time, my energy is mostly devoted to full-time herbal studies, balanced with time in the garden and teaching yoga. It’s a full and nourishing season of learning, growing, and gently holding space. In the summer break, things soften — I spend more time in the garden, have space to rest and integrate, and offer more workshops, herbal sessions, and seasonal gatherings.
I manage the food-growing side of the stunning Pythouse Kitchen Garden in Tisbury, Wiltshire — a walled garden restaurant with a green Michelin star. There, I grow seasonal produce using organic and sustainable methods. Gardening has become one of my greatest passions — especially cultivating medicinal herbs and learning their cycles from seed to remedy.
I teach a small number of Yin and Restorative yoga classes — deeply nourishing, body-led practices that invite you to soften, melt, and return to yourself. In a world that often asks us to speed up and push through, these slow, spacious forms of yoga offer the opposite: a sacred pause. My teaching is rooted in over 700 hours of training across Yin, Vinyasa, Tantra, somatics, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and trauma-informed approaches. My current offerings focus on Yin and Restorative yoga, weaving in embodiment and somatic movement to support nervous system repair, emotional release, and deep inner listening.
Through my project Wild Folk Herbalism, I offer small-batch herbal products, seasonal workshops, and nature-based support for those seeking to reconnect with their bodies, the breath, and the plants. Everything I offer is guided by the seasons, the land, and the quiet remembering that comes when we slow down.
This path is my passion and my devotion. A weaving of soil, soul, and sacred practice.
Nature is the medicine.
I hope to meet you soon.
With love,
Jordana
